Attendance on Thursday, May 22nd is required to receive a Retailer Gift Box,
which will be shipped after the event.

Registration fee is refundable only if canceled by April 25th.

By submitting this registration form, you agree that ACD Distribution, LLC (“ACD”) has the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ACD, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ACD may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by ACD including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Corey Andersen in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. ACD will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
